Il se tiendra une audience publique de la Cour Militaire, si\u00e8geant en mati\u00e8re r\u00e9pressive au degr\u00e9 d\u2019appel.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019arr\u00eat rendu en janvier dernier n&rsquo;avait pas rencontr\u00e9 les attentes de la parties civile. Elle s&rsquo;\u00e9tait dite \u00e9tonn\u00e9e par le montant des dommages et int\u00e9r\u00eats devant \u00eatre vers\u00e9.<br>La somme \u00e9quivalait \u00e0 115 000 dollars alors que les parties civiles, pendant la plaidoirie, en ont exig\u00e9 11 millions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Activiste des droits de l\u2019homme, Rossy Mukendi a \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9 en f\u00e9vrier 2018, \u00e0 la paroisse Saint Beno\u00eet de Lemba, lors d\u2019une marche organis\u00e9e par le Comit\u00e9 la\u00efc de coorination (CLC), une structure de l\u2019Eglise Catholique congolaise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il sied de rappeler que le commissaire sup\u00e9rieur adjoint, Carine Lokeso a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9e \u00e0 la prison perp\u00e9tuit\u00e9. Le verdict de la Cour militaire de Kinshasa\/Matete a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendu lundi 10 janvier 2022, en chambre foraine \u00e0 la prison militaire de Ndolo.
