{"id":13713,"date":"2022-12-16T18:40:55","date_gmt":"2022-12-16T17:40:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congo-actu.net\/?p=13713"},"modified":"2022-12-16T18:40:58","modified_gmt":"2022-12-16T17:40:58","slug":"rdc-john-numbi-vise-par-un-mandat-darret-international","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congo-actu.net\/index.php\/2022\/12\/16\/rdc-john-numbi-vise-par-un-mandat-darret-international\/","title":{"rendered":"RDC : John Numbi vis\u00e9 par un mandat d&rsquo;arr\u00eat international"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le vice-premier ministre en charge des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res a, \u00e0 travers une correspondance, demand\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ambassadeur du Zimbabwe en R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RDC), de transmettre au BCN-INTERPOL\/HARARE\/ZIMBABWE, la Commission rogatoire internationale et le mandat d\u2019arr\u00eat international \u00e0 l&rsquo;encontre de John Numbi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce mandat d\u2019arr\u00eat contre l&rsquo;ancien g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d&rsquo;arm\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 par l\u2019auditorat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la RDC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il sied de rappeler qu&rsquo;une plainte a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9e par la veuve l&rsquo;activiste des droits de l&rsquo;homme, Floribert Chebeya \u00e0 l&rsquo;auditorat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des Forces Arm\u00e9es de la R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo (FARDC) depuis 2010. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 ensuite renouvel\u00e9e par le collectif des avocats de la partie civile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est en avril 2021 que cet ex-officier sera officiellement poursuivi par la justice militaire pour \u00ab association de malfaiteurs \u00bb et \u00ab assassinat de Floribert Chebeya et Fid\u00e8le Bazana \u00bb.
