La d\u00e9cision prise ce jeudi 22 D\u00e9cembre fait suite \u00e0 une plainte de la famille biologique de la d\u00e9funte.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saisissant la Justice, Tshitenge Muidingayi, petit fr\u00e8re de Tshiala Muana, dit ne pas reconna\u00eetre en Claude Mashala la qualit\u00e9 d&rsquo;organiser les obs\u00e8ques de la reine de Mutwashi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab\u00a0<em>Nous sommes saisis par Monsieur Tshitenge Muidingayi, petit fr\u00e8re de feue Tshiala Muidingayi Elisabeth, Commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9e Tshiala Muana (Mamu Nationale), que du vivant de cette derni\u00e8re, elle n&rsquo;a jamais contract\u00e9 un quelconque mariage et qu&rsquo;elle n&rsquo;a laiss\u00e9 aucun enfant ut\u00e9rin, sauf ceux de ses fr\u00e8res et s\u0153urs dont elle prenait la charge d&rsquo;entretien et d&rsquo;\u00e9ducation.
