Le concern\u00e9 l&rsquo;a annonc\u00e9 ce mercredi 22 Mars 2023 sur son compte twitter.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Th\u00e9o Ngwabidje promet de poursuivre avec la vision du chef pour le d\u00e9veloppement du Sud-Kivu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab\u00a0<em>Je rends gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 Dieu et remercie la Cour Constitutionnelle d&rsquo;avoir promu l&rsquo;Etat de droit par la r\u00e9habilitation de mon Gouvernement.
