Dans un communiqu\u00e9 ce vendredi 07 avril, les nouveaux magistrats recrut\u00e9s \u00e0 l’issue du dernier concours organis\u00e9 sur toute l’\u00e9tendue du territoire national, annoncent la tenue d’une marche pacifique. Cette manifestation aura lieu le 11 avril prochain \u00e0 la place royale\/Gombe, ville de Kinshasa.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’objectif de cette initiative est de demander des clarifications sur la suite du processus de recrutement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab\u00a0Nous nous approchons \u00e0 travers cette missive pour vous mettre au courant de notre volont\u00e9 d’organiser une manifestation pacifique mardi 11 avril. Le but de notre manifestation est de demander des clarifications aupr\u00e8s du conseil sup\u00e9rieur de la magistrature concernant la suite du processus de recrutement des nouveaux magistrats, qui prend plus de temps que pr\u00e9vu. Elle vise aussi le d\u00e9p\u00f4t de notre m\u00e9mo aupr\u00e8s des autorit\u00e9s comp\u00e9tentes du conseil sup\u00e9rieur de la magistrature<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, lit-on dans ce document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ces candidats magistrats retenus pour \u00eatre propos\u00e9 \u00e0 la nomination 2023 appellent par ailleurs les autorit\u00e9s de la ville de Kinshasa \u00e0 instruire les forces de l’ordre afin qu’ils s\u00e9curisent et encadrent cette manifestation citoyenne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour m\u00e9moire, le conseil sup\u00e9rieur de la magistrature avait, \u00e0 l’issue d’un concours organis\u00e9 le 09 septembre 2022 sur l’\u00e9tendue de la R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RDC), recrut\u00e9 5000 magistrats.
