La cour de cassation a rendu le verdict ce mercredi 13 septembre.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jean Marc Kabund A Kabund est condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 sept (7) ans de servitude p\u00e9nale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le minist\u00e8re public avait, lors de l&rsquo;audience tenue lundi 14 ao\u00fbt \u00e0 la prison centrale de Makala, requis trois (3) ans de prison ferme contre l&rsquo;opposant au r\u00e9gime Tshisekedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il sied rappeler que l\u2019ancien premier vice pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale qui a d\u00e9j\u00e0 pass\u00e9 une ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re les barreaux, est d\u00e9tenu depuis le 09 ao\u00fbt 2022 \u00e0 la prison centrale de Makala. Il fait objet de douze (12) chefs d&rsquo;accusation.
