Les requ\u00e9rants, les parties d\u00e9fenderesses et les experts de la Commission \u00c9lectorale Nationale Ind\u00e9pendante (CENI), ont \u00e9t\u00e9 entendus. Le minist\u00e8re public a donn\u00e9 ses avis sur le banc concernant toutes les requ\u00eates.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec deux requ\u00eates contre lui, l&rsquo;opposant Mo\u00efse Katumbi s&rsquo;est finalement pass\u00e9 de la requ\u00eate de Junior Tshivuadi. Cette derni\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9clar\u00e9e irrecevable. Il va donc devoir \u00eatre confront\u00e9 \u00e0 celle de No\u00ebl Tshiani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un post sur X, Herv\u00e9 Diakese porte parole du parti politique Ensemble pour la R\u00e9publique, a indiqu\u00e9 que la centrale \u00e9lectorale a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 complet le dossier de Mo\u00efse Katumbi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0\u00bb<em>Affaire Tshiani contre Moise Katumbi le minist\u00e8re public sollicite de faire un avis \u00e9crit. La Commission \u00c9lectorale Nationale Ind\u00e9pendante d\u00e9clare que le dossier de Katumbi est complet et contient toutes les pi\u00e8ces pr\u00e9vues par l\u2019article 104.
