{"id":20533,"date":"2023-11-05T13:02:02","date_gmt":"2023-11-05T12:02:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congo-actu.net\/?p=20533"},"modified":"2023-11-05T13:02:03","modified_gmt":"2023-11-05T12:02:03","slug":"rdc-lancement-de-la-campagne-de-vulgarisation-de-la-loi-portant-protection-de-la-personne-vivant-avec-handicap","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congo-actu.net\/index.php\/2023\/11\/05\/rdc-lancement-de-la-campagne-de-vulgarisation-de-la-loi-portant-protection-de-la-personne-vivant-avec-handicap\/","title":{"rendered":"RDC : Lancement de la campagne de vulgarisation de la loi portant protection de la personne vivant avec handicap"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RDC), a pris part ce samedi 04 novembre, \u00e0 la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie du lancement officiel de la campagne de vulgarisation de la loi organique portant protection et promotion de la Personne Vivant avec Handicap (PVH).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A cette occasion, F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi a indiqu\u00e9 l&rsquo;importance de l&rsquo;inclusion sociale des PVH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0\u00bb<em>La question de l\u2019inclusion sociale de personne vivant avec handicap et de toute autre personne marginalis\u00e9e constitue un sujet de la plus grande importance pour ma personne<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb, a t-il indiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Satisfait des avanc\u00e9es dans ce secteur, le pr\u00e9sident Tshisekedi a reconnu que \u00a0\u00bb<em>le gouvernement se distingue par la fixation des bases solides pour soutenir les actions d\u2019autonomisation, d\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 et de lutte contre la discrimination fond\u00e9e sur le handicap<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour sa part, Ir\u00e8ne Esambo, ministre d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9e en charge des PVH et autres personnes vuln\u00e9rables, a rappel\u00e9 que c\u2019est depuis 2006 que la Constitution du pays avait pr\u00e9conis\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9laboration de la loi portant protection et promotion des PVH qui composent 13% de la population g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, et cette derni\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendue possible seize ans (16), plus tard et cela gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;interpellation \u00e0 plusieurs fois du pr\u00e9sident Tshisekedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il sied de rappeler que la loi portant protection et promotion de personne vivant avec handicap a vu jour en 2019, le minist\u00e8re en charges des PVH et autres personnes vuln\u00e9rables est dot\u00e9 depuis quelques mois, d&rsquo;un secr\u00e9tariat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RDC), a pris part ce samedi 04 novembre, \u00e0 la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie du lancement officiel de la campagne de vulgarisation de la loi organique portant protection et promotion de la Personne Vivant avec Handicap (PVH).
