Le projet de loi de finances que j&rsquo;ai l&rsquo;honneur de vous soumettre s&rsquo;inscrit dans la continuit\u00e9 de notre programme d&rsquo;actions du gouvernement, qui vise \u00e0 transformer les six engagements \u00e9lectoraux du Pr\u00e9sident F\u00e9lix-Antoine Tshisekedi en r\u00e9alit\u00e9s tangibles sur le terrain. \u00c0 travers cette initiative, nous r\u00e9affirmons notre d\u00e9termination \u00e0 honorer nos engagements, \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer le bien-\u00eatre de nos concitoyens et \u00e0 promouvoir la stabilit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique dans un environnement<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb, a t-elle dit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poursuivant, elle a fait savoir que ce budget de 49.846,8 milliards de FC, repr\u00e9sente un accroissement de 21,6% par rapport \u00e0 celui de l&rsquo;exercice 2024 chiffr\u00e9 \u00e0 40.986 milliards de francs congolais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab\u00a0<em>Ce projet de loi de finances pour l&rsquo;exercice 2025, soumis \u00e0 l&rsquo;examen et au vote de la repr\u00e9sentation nationale, contient un budget pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 en \u00e9quilibre, en recettes et en d\u00e9penses, \u00e0 hauteur de 49.846,8 milliards de FC, soit un accroissement de 21,6% par rapport au budget de l&rsquo;exercice 2024 chiffr\u00e9 \u00e0 40.986 milliards de francs congolais<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, a-t-elle indiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il sied de noter que cette loi de finances consacre l&rsquo;augmentation des parts budg\u00e9taires consacr\u00e9es aux secteurs sociaux de base, atteignant 14,5% contre 10,8% en 2021 pour la sant\u00e9, 12,7% pour l&rsquo;agriculture dans le projet de loi de finances 2025 contre 8,6% en 2021.
