Par le biais de ses avocats, Jean-Paul Mbwebwa Kapo d\u00e9cide de contester, devant la haute cour, sa mise en accusation prise en r\u00e9solution par l&rsquo;organe deliberant du Kasa\u00ef oriental.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un document consult\u00e9 par CONGO-ACTU.NET, l&rsquo;autorit\u00e9 provinciale invite la cour \u00e0 d\u00e9clarer \u00ab\u00a0inconstitutionnelle\u00a0\u00bb, la r\u00e9solution N\u00b04\/AP-KOR\/S.O\/19\/2025 portant poursuites judiciaires contre sa personne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par cette action, Mbwebwa Kapo engage un bras de fer contre l&rsquo;Assembl\u00e9e provinciale qui l&rsquo;a mise \u00e0 la disposition de la justice congolaise.
