C\u2019\u00e9tait au cours d\u2019un entretien que Justin Kalumba Mwana Ngongo a accord\u00e9 \u00e0 Guillaume Ngefa. Cet \u00e9change d\u00e9cisif jette les bases d\u2019une nouvelle \u00e8re pour l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me entrepreneurial en R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab <em>Le ministre d\u2019\u00c9tat Guillaume Ngefa est un r\u00e9formiste av\u00e9r\u00e9, un homme de rigueur, notamment dans le respect du temps, et un d\u00e9fenseur infatigable de la R\u00e9publique. C\u2019est un partenaire strat\u00e9gique dans notre combat pour lib\u00e9rer le potentiel des petites et moyennes entreprises<\/em> \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Justin Kalumba, insistant sur la convergence des visions entre les deux membres du gouvernement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette rencontre a permis d\u2019\u00e9voquer la facilitation de la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019entreprises en RDC. Pour Kalumba Mwana Ngongo, il ne suffit plus de promouvoir l\u2019entrepreneuriat par des discours, il faut d\u00e9manteler les barri\u00e8res administratives qui \u00e9touffent les initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab <em>Nous avons besoin d\u2019un pays o\u00f9 une entreprise peut na\u00eetre d\u2019un simple clic sur un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, sans labyrinthes bureaucratiques. Et seul le ministre de la Justice, patron du guichet unique de cr\u00e9ation des entreprises, pouvait accompagner mieux cette ambition<\/em> \u00bb a-t-il insist\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, Guillaume Ngefa a pr\u00eat\u00e9 une oreille attentive \u00e0 cette vision. Les deux ministres se sont convenus de lancer des r\u00e9formes audacieuses, notamment la digitalisation du processus de cr\u00e9ation des entreprises du pays. Une avanc\u00e9e qui placerait la RDC sur la voie des standards internationaux et qui donnerait un souffle nouveau \u00e0 des milliers de jeunes et femmes porteurs de projets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette synergie entre l\u2019Entrepreneuriat et la Justice est per\u00e7ue comme un signal fort. Pour le ministre des PME, l\u2019heure n\u2019est plus aux promesses mais \u00e0 l\u2019action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab <em>Nous avons frapp\u00e9 \u00e0 la bonne porte et trouv\u00e9 une oreille r\u00e9ceptive. Avec cette alliance, l\u2019entrepreneuriat congolais a de l\u2019avenir. Cette dynamique traduit la vision du Chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat, F\u00e9lix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, qui a fait de l\u2019entrepreneuriat un pilier du d\u00e9veloppement national.
