Il fait d\u00e9sormais l\u2019objet d\u2019une motion de d\u00e9fiance d\u00e9pos\u00e9e ce mardi 28 octobre 2025 au si\u00e8ge de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e provinciale par le d\u00e9put\u00e9 provincial Christian Ngandu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette initiative, port\u00e9e par sept d\u00e9put\u00e9s provinciaux, met en cause la gestion de trois millions (3.000.000) de dollars am\u00e9ricains envoy\u00e9s par le gouvernement central au Kasa\u00ef oriental dans le cadre des fonds d\u2019investissements publics destin\u00e9s au d\u00e9veloppement de la province.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab <em>Je suis mandat\u00e9 par les sept d\u00e9put\u00e9s provinciaux signataires de la motion de d\u00e9fiance contre le Gouverneur de province, Jean-Paul Mbwebwa Kapo, pour vous la transmettre en vue de son examen en pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re, conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions du R\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e provinciale du Kasa\u00ef Oriental<\/em> \u00bb, peut-on lire dans la correspondance adress\u00e9e au pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019organe d\u00e9lib\u00e9rant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il convient de rappeler que cette nouvelle initiative intervient quelques semaines apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9habilitation du Gouverneur Mbwebwa Kapo par la Cour constitutionnelle, alors qu\u2019il avait \u00e9t\u00e9 mis \u00e0 la disposition de la justice par l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e provinciale dans le m\u00eame dossier.
