Elle va statuer sur la candidature du juge \u00e0 d\u00e9l\u00e9guer \u00e0 Cour Constitutionnelle pour le compte de la composante \u00ab parlement \u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon ce qui vient d&rsquo;\u00eatre d\u00e9cid\u00e9, cette commission sera constitu\u00e9e de dix-sept (17) d\u00e9put\u00e9s nationaux et dix-sept (17) s\u00e9nateurs. Ladite commission sera dissoute apr\u00e8s avoir pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 leur rapport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette op\u00e9ration est cens\u00e9e se d\u00e9rouler durant vingt (20) minutes, selon le pr\u00e9sident du Congr\u00e8s, Modeste Bahati Lukwebo. C&rsquo;est apr\u00e8s que les travaux devront reprendre pour en d\u00e9cider de la suite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bien avant la tenue de ce congr\u00e8s, une r\u00e9union d&rsquo;harmonisation de vue \u00e9tait tenue entre les deux (2) chambres du parlement, mais elle n&rsquo;avait pas produit des r\u00e9sultats escompt\u00e9s. \u00c0 en croire le speaker du S\u00e9nat, si la commission n&rsquo;arrive pas \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me, la voie du vote sera privil\u00e9gi\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La question du remplacement du juge Polycarpe Mongalu n&rsquo;a pas cess\u00e9 de diviser les les pr\u00e9sidents des deux (2) chambres du parlement qui se sont accus\u00e9s mutuellement de non respect de texte ou de proc\u00e9dure en la mati\u00e8re.
