Les \u00e9lus provinciaux de la Mongala r\u00e9unis au sein du groupe de 13, majoritaire \u00e0 l’Assembl\u00e9e provinciale de la Mongala annoncent une marche pacifique ce mercredi 1er juin 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans une lettre adress\u00e9e au Maire de la ville de Lisala, ils indiquent que cette marche consiste \u00e0 s’opposer \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision \u00ab\u00a0injuste\u00a0\u00bb du Conseil d’\u00c9tat qui a annul\u00e9 l’\u00e9lection de C\u00e9sar Limbaya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab\u00a0Monsieur le Maire, nous, d\u00e9put\u00e9s provinciaux de la Mongala, Groupe de 13, majoritaires \u00e0 l’Assembl\u00e9e provinciale, venons par la pr\u00e9sente vous informer que, nous organiserons une marche pacifique ce mercredi 01 juin 2022 \u00e0 08 heures, et ce, conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions de l’article 26 de la constitution de la R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo du 18 f\u00e9vrier 2006 telle que r\u00e9vis\u00e9e \u00e0 ce jour, aux fins de d\u00e9noncer haut et fort les man\u0153uvres du Conseil d’\u00c9tat tendant \u00e0 nous imposer injustement un Gouverneur ayant lamentablement \u00e9chou\u00e9 \u00e0 l’\u00e9lection du 06 mai 2022<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, ont-ils \u00e9crit dans ce document parvenu \u00e0 CONGO-ACTU.NET<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon l’itin\u00e9raire, cette marche partira du croisement des avenues A\u00e9rodrome et Doko pour chuter au stade Matata sport de Lisala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans son arr\u00eat rendu r\u00e9cemment, le Conseil d’\u00c9tat a invalid\u00e9 C\u00e9sar Limbaya, vainqueur de l’\u00e9lection du Gouverneur avec 13 voix. Dans sa d\u00e9cision, cette institution a r\u00e9habilit\u00e9 le challenger direct de C\u00e9sar Limbaya qui a \u00e9chou\u00e9 \u00e0 cette \u00e9lection avec 6 voix.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
