Son \u00e9lection a eu lieu ce mardi 21 juin 2022. Ceci fait suite au d\u00e9part de Dieudonn\u00e9 Kaluba Dibwa qui assurait la pr\u00e9sidence de cette juridiction.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab\u00a0Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019article 158 alin\u00e9a 5 de la Constitution du 18 f\u00e9vrier 2006 telle que r\u00e9vis\u00e9e et compl\u00e9t\u00e9e \u00e0 ce jour, le Juge Dieudonn\u00e9 KAMULETA BADIBANGA a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu par ses pairs pour un mandat de trois ans renouvelable une fois\u00a0\u00bb, \u00e9crit la Cellule communication de la Cour constitutionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comme le pr\u00e9voit la Constitution, cette \u00e9lection le porte \u00e9galement \u00e0 la t\u00eate du Conseil sup\u00e9rieur de la magistrature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dieudonn\u00e9 Kamuleta a un mandat de 3 ans une fois renouvelable conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019article 158 alin\u00e9a 5 de la Constitution du 18 f\u00e9vrier 2006 telle que r\u00e9vis\u00e9e et compl\u00e9t\u00e9e \u00e0 ce jour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette \u00e9lection intervient apr\u00e8s que le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi a re\u00e7u, mercredi 15 juin dernier, le serment de trois nouveaux juges qui ont remis \u00e0 nouveau l\u2019effectif de la Cour au complet soit 9 juges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kaluba Dibwe quitte ses fonctions de juge \u00e0 la Cour constitutionnelle, avec le juge Evariste-Prince Funga Molima Mwata, \u00e0 l\u2019issue d\u2019un tirage au sort intervenu ce mardi 10 mai. Le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique doit \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent proc\u00e9der \u00e0 la nomination de trois autres juges pour compl\u00e9ter les si\u00e8ges rest\u00e9s vacants apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9part des deux magistrats et le d\u00e9c\u00e8s du juge Mongulu T\u2019apangame Polycarpe.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le juge Kamuleta Badibanga est \u00e9lu pr\u00e9sident de la Cour constitutionnelle.
