La Cour de cassation avait annul\u00e9 l\u2019arr\u00eat de la cour d\u2019appel ayant condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 13 ans de prison pour d\u00e9tournement de fonds publics Vital Kamerhe, et avait renvoy\u00e9 le dossier devant de nouveaux juges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il sied de noter que en 2018, Kamerhe&nbsp;s&rsquo;\u00e9tait d\u00e9sist\u00e9 en faveur de M.
