Selon nos informations, le proc\u00e8s pr\u00e9vu ce lundi 11 juin a \u00e9t\u00e9 renvoy\u00e9 suite \u00e0 l&rsquo;absence d&rsquo;un interpr\u00e8te pour l&rsquo;accus\u00e9 Kristo Glover.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La cour de cassation qui \u00e9tait en audience publique lundi 13 juin dernier avait d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de renvoyer l&rsquo;audience, quelques minutes seulement apr\u00e8s son d\u00e9but. L&rsquo;ancien premier qui \u00e9tait en d\u00e9placement, n&rsquo;avait pas pris part \u00e0 cette audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;ex-chef de gouvernement est poursuivi aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de Patrice Kitebi, ancien ministre d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 aux Finances au moment des faits, et d&rsquo;un ressortissant sud-africain, Grobler Christo, g\u00e9rant d&rsquo;une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sud-africaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tous trois sont soup\u00e7onn\u00e9s d&rsquo;avoir d\u00e9tourn\u00e9, alors que M. Matata \u00e9tait Premier ministre, plus de 200 millions de dollars de fonds publics destin\u00e9s au parc agro-industriel de Bukanga-Lonzo, \u00e0 250 km au sud-est de Kinshasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette citation \u00e0 pr\u00e9venu intervient apr\u00e8s le renvoi du dossier au parquet G\u00e9n\u00e9ral pr\u00e8s la Cour de cassation pour d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles poursuites. Le 15 novembre 2021, la Cour constitutionnelle s&rsquo;etait d\u00e9clar\u00e9e incomp\u00e9tente \u00e0 juger un ancien Premier ministre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Augustin Matata Ponyo est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par l\u2019Inspection G\u00e9n\u00e9rale des Finances (IGF) comme \u00ab l\u2019auteur intellectuel de la d\u00e9b\u00e2cle \u00bb de Bukanga Lonzo.
